NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 4, 2017, and entered in Case No. 512016CA001729CAAXWS, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A, THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-66, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-66 is Plaintiff and ROBERT BELLIVEAU; JEANINE BELLIVEAU A/K/A JEANNIE BELLIVEAU; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. PAULA S. O'NEIL, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 10 day of May, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
