NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 17, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-000805 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2007-1, is Plaintiff and ALEKSEY GROSHEV, ET AL., are Defendants, the Office of Karen E. Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 12th day of May, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 9, Block 2424, Forty-Ninth Addition to Port Charlotte Subdivision, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 21, Pages 1, 1A through 1TT, inclusive, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
