NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 28, 2016, and entered in 2008 CA 010329 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and LEONARDO CHANG; WANDA CHANG; JOHN DOE N/K/A MANWELL AQUATO; JANE DOE N/K/A BRENDA AQUATO are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on May 04, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 290, SARASOTA GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB, UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 12 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
