NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 9, 2017, entered in Case No. 2012 CA 010397 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association FKA The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A. as Successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A., as Trustee for RAMP 2006-RS3 is the Plaintiff and Niurka R. Vasquez Also Known as Niurka Rosina Perez; The Unknown Spouse of Niurka R. Vasquez Also Known as Niurka Rosina Perez; Israel A. Vasquez; The Unknown Spouse of Israel A. Vasquez; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., Acting Solely as Nominee for Pinnacle Financial Corporation D/B/A Tri-Star Lending Group; State of Florida; Tenant #1; Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 9th day of May, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 109, LAS LOMAS DE SARASOTA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 34 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
