NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 11, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2014 CA 000498 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND, is Plaintiff and TIMOTHY F. WHITACRE; LINDA A. WHITACRE; THE PRESERVE AT MISTY CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MISTY CREEK COUNTRY CLUB, INC.; RBS CITIZENS NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHARTER ONE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, are defendants. Karen Rushing, Clerk of Circuit Court for SARASOTA, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 16TH day of MAY, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 65, THE PRESERVE AT MISTY CREEK, UNIT 5, PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGE 15, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
