NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 7, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 005508 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT AS TRUSTEE OF ARLP TRUST 2, is Plaintiff and EVELYN E. HOGG A/K/A EVELYN HOGG, ET AL, are Defendants, the Office of Karen E. Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 8th day of May, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 273 of LA CASA, A RESIDENTIAL COOPERATIVE, according to the Exhibit B (Plot Plan) of the Masters Form Proprietary Lease recorded in Official records Book 2698, Pages 1503-1560, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
Together with a 1980 SKYL H8 Mobile Home containing VIN# 01650386AN and VIN# 01650386BN and Title # 17272951 and Title # 17272950
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
