The administration of the estate of gerald osterweil a/k/a JERRY OSTERWEIL, deceased, whose date of death was February 17, 2017; File Number 2017 CP 1503 NC, is pending in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is P.O. Box 3079, Sarasota, FL 34230-3079. The names and addresses of the personal representatives and the personal representatives' attorney are set forth below.

ALL CLAIMS NOT FILED WITHIN THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH IN FLORIDA STATUTES SECTION 733.702 WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
NOTWITHSTANDING THE TIME PERIOD SET FORTH ABOVE, ANY CLAIM FILED TWO (2) YEARS OR MORE AFTER THE DECEDENT'S DATE OF DEATH IS BARRED.
