NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 11, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016 CA 003265 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2006-5, ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-5, is Plaintiff and PAUL DYER, ET AL., are Defendants, the Office of Karen E. Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 16th day of May, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 8, Block 2, CITRUS HIGHLANDS, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 59, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
