NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 12, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-9783 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit, in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, where in BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, is the Plaintiff and JORGE M. BRAVO A/K/A JORGE MARIO BRAVO DIAZ, VANESSA S. BERNAL, MERIDIAN LUXURY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court shall offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash on May 16, 2017, beginning at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, to wit:
Condominium Unit No. F in Building 5, of MERIDIAN LUXURY CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 16508, Pages 0023-209, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTIFYING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
