NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 3, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016-CA-000493 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF MASTR ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST, 2006-AM1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AM1, is Plaintiff and DORA VIVONA, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 10th day of May, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 6, Block 12 of Townhomes at Kensington, Phase A, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 78, Page 77, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Located: 709 Kensington Lake Circle, Brandon, FL 33511
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
