NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure June 17, 2016, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-012097 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE PRIMESTAR-H FUND I TRUST, is the Plaintiff and GLORIA J. WALTERS A/K/A GLORIDA J. WALTERS; STERLING RANCH MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A CRAIG SCOTT; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A LENA LEWIS; are defendants, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on https://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com/index.cfm in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 am on the 10th day of May, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
