NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on April 7, 2017, in Civil Case No. 16-CA-003575, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETII Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, PATRICK AND FREDA HIMSCHOOT are the Plaintiffs, and THELMA LISSETTE PENA LOZANO; AND ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE NAMED DEFENDANTS WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANT are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com on May 8, 2017, at 09:00 A.M. EST, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 38, 39, 40, 41 AND 42, BLOCK 36, UNIT 3, FORT MYERS SHORES, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 26, 27 AND 28, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
