NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale entered in Civil Case No. 14-CA-009088 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE F/B/O HOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST 2005-10, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-10 is Plaintiff and GOMEZ, CARLOS, et al, are Defendants. The clerk PAT FRANK shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Hillsborough County On Line Public Auction website: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on May 17, 2017, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes , the following described property located in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida as set forth in said Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale, to-wit:
