NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 10, 2017, and entered in Case No. 29-2016-CA-002270 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Bank of America, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Carlos A. Arias aka Carlos Arias, Elia Arias, Walden Woods Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 17th day of May, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
