NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 23, 2017, and entered in Case No. 29-2014-CA-004631-A001-HC of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which GTE Federal Credit Union, is the Plaintiff and Eva Menendez A/K/A Eva M. Menendez, Joseph Menendez, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 22nd day of May, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
