NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2015-CA-011608 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Citibank, N.A., not in its individual capacity, but solely as trustee of NRZ Pass-Through Trust VI, Plaintiff and Katey B. Sykes a/k/a Katey B. Seidner a/k/a Katey Sykes are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on May 16, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 17 AND THE NORTH 5 FEET OF LOT 16, BLOCK 2, NEAR BAY SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 70, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
