NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 23 March, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-004126 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon, as Trustee for Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Trust 2006-AR8 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2006-AR8, is the Plaintiff and Andrea Myles, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for First Magnus Financial Corporation, South Fork of Hillsborough County II Homeowner's Association, Inc., Unknown Party #1 nka Marc Myles, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 22nd of May, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
