Final Judgment was awarded on May 10, 2016 in Civil Case No. 29-2015-CA-004688, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-R7 is the Plaintiff, and DAVID M. HARRISON; DARLENE K. HARRISON A/K/A DARLENE HARRISON; THE GLENS OF COUNTRYWAY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC.; SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; COUNTRYWAY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
