NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 17, 2017 in Civil Case No. 13-CA-006943 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR JP ALT 2006-S1 is Plaintiff and DANIEL GORE, ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 23RD day of May, 2017 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 1, Block 2, less that part taken by Court Order in Official Records Book 6928, Page 1308, Royal Crest Estates, Unit No. 1, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 39, Page 100 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
