NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 30, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-001896 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein ROUNDPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and JULIE MILLER A/K/A JULIE JANETTE MILLER A/K/A JULIE J. MILLER, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 30 day of May, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 30, Block 9, WEST MEADOWS PARCELS '12B-2' AND '13-2', according to the Plat recorded in Plat Book 93, Page 70, as recorded in the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida; said land situate, lying and being Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
