Bank National Association, As Trustee For Adjustable Rate Mortgage Trust 2006-3, Adjustable Rate Mortgage-backed Pass-through Certificates, Series 2006-3, is the Plaintiff and Bruce J. Toscani, Cach, LLC, Michele A. Toscani A/K/A Michele A. Briggs, Shannon Slaughter, Unknown Spouse Of Shannon Slaughter, Unknown Tenants/Owners, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 12th of May, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
