NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 31, 2017, and entered in Case No. 15-008094 CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is Plaintiff and JAQUELINE M. HUGHES A/K/A JAQUELINE HUGHES A/K/A JACQUELINE M. HUGHES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAQUELINE M. HUGHES A/K/A JAQUELINE HUGHES A/K/A JACQUELINE M. HUGHES; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; HSBC MORTGAGE SERVICES INC.; MIDLAND FUNDING LLC; TD BANK USA NA SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO TARGET NATIONAL BANK; TARGET CORPORATION SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO TARGET NATIONAL BANK; are defendants. KEN BURKE, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 4 day of May, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK “L”, KEYSTONE MANOR REPLAT, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 46, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
