NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, on the 21st day of March A.D., 2017, in the cause wherein, Edgefield Holdings, LLC, was plaintiff(s) and MNM Investments, LLC; Mark N. Maluccio, and Eilene M. Stocksdale, was defendant(s), being Case No 2009-14409-CI in the said Court, I, Bob Gualtieri, as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida, have levied upon all right, title and interest of the above named defendant(s), Eilene M. Stocksdale aka Eilene Stocksdale etc., in and to the following described real property located and situated in Pinellas County, Florida, to-wit:
Unit #1, Bldg, J, MORNINGSIDE EAST III, A CONDOMINIUM, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, as shown on plat recorded in Condominium Plat Book 37, Pages 16 through 20, inclusive, all in accordance with and subject to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 4919, Pages 1671 through 1724, inclusive, as amended in O.R. Book 4946, Page 113 and in O.R. Book 5004, Page 440, and all amendments thereto, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
