NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 12, 2017 entered in Civil Case No. 16-005450-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HMC ASSETS, LLC SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS SEPARATE TRUSTEE OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT I TRUST is Plaintiff and MICHAEL M. FORD and CONNIE H. FORD, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk KEN BURKE, CPA shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Pinellas County's On Line Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on May 12, 2017, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in PINELLAS County, Florida, as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 4, MEADOWVILLE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS THE SAME IS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 103, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
