NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 10, 2015, and entered in Case No. 12-008279-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO REPUBLIC BANK, is Plaintiff and LARRY R. PEARCE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LARRY PEARCE; OKSANA L. PEARCE; ONEWEST BANK, FSB; STIRLING HEIGHTS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 17TH day of MAY, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 29, STIRLING HEIGHTS, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 100, PAGES 66-69, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
