STEPPARENT ADOPTION
IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA

IN THE MATTER OF

AJD - born 4-5-2002.
To: Harvey Alan Meyers, last known address: 2919 Northfield Drive, Tarpon Springs, FL 34688, who was born on June 21, 1944, in New Jersey, and a white male, approximately five feet, eight inches tall, approximately 180 lbs, with gray hair.
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for James Patrick Dillon to adopt his stepdaughter, AJM, born 4-5-2002 in Dunedin, Florida, joined by Julia Dillon, the mother of the child, and to terminate your parent rights, has been filed against you. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses to such action, if any, on counsel for the Petitioners, Charles D. Hinton, Esq., 1597 62nd Avenue North, St. Petersburg, Florida 33702, [email protected], and to file the original with the Pinellas County Clerk of Court at 315 COURT STREET, CLEARWATER, FL 33756, on or before 5-19-2017 (28 days after first publication of this Notice of Action). There is no real property at issue in this case.
If you fail to do so, default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Amended Petition filed therein. Copies of all court documents in this case are available at the Pinellas County Clerk of Court's office. You may review these documents upon request. You must keep the clerk's office notified of your current address. (You may file Designation of Current Mailing and E-mail Address, Florida Supreme Court Approved Family Law Form 12.915.) Future papers in this lawsuit will be mailed to the address on record at the clerk's office. Warning: Rule 12.285, Florida Family Law Rules of Procedure, requires certain automatic disclosure of documents and information. Failure to comply can result in sanctions, including dismissal or striking of pleadings.
