NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 22, 2017, entered in Case No. 16-002105-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC is the Plaintiff and Michael D. Dowling; Unknown Spouse of Michael D. Dowling are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 4th day of May, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 15, FLORIDA RIVIERA PLAT 2 KNOWN AS BOULEVARD ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 71, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
