NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on February 3, 2017 in Civil Case No. 14-003875-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS BENEFICIARIES AND DEVISEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST, BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF CECILIA K. WEIKEL, DECEASED; EASTWOOD SHORES CONDOMINIUM NO. 6 ASSOCIATION, INC.; ROSE KIMBALL MCDADE; LILLIAN KIMBALL LOPEZ; PAUL KIMBALL; EDWARD JOSEPH KIMBALL; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on May 08, 2017 at 10:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 2941C, EASTWOOD SHORES CONDOMINIUM NO. 6, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM DATED FEBRUARY 5, 1981 AND FILED FEBRUARY 12, 1981 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5148, PAGE 1514, ETC., AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS DECLARED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO BE ARE APPURTENANT TO THE ABOVE DESCRIBED UNIT.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
