NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 17, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-002626-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAMP TRUST 2005-SD1, MORTGAGE PASS- THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-SD-1, is Plaintiff and JEANENE L. SECOR, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 18th day of May, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 62, in Block H, of Oakleaf Village Unit 5, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 75, at Page 46 and 47, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 1388 Forest Lawn Court, Tarpon Springs, Florida 34689 .
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
