NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the In Rem Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 18, 2017, entered in Case No.: 15 002531 CA, of the Twentieth Circuit Court in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida, wherein, QUAIL RUN TECHNOLOGIES, LLC, is the Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JOHN MISEK, JR., DECEASED, BERNICE MISEK, GREGORY JOHN MISEK A/K/A GREG MISEK, JUDY FULLER A/K/A JUDY MISEK A/K/A JUDITH FULLER A/K/A JUDITH MISEK, EDWIN R. MISEK A/K/A ROB MISEK, CHRISTINE PETRUS, UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 N/K/A TAMARA MANGETT, and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A ANTHONY MANGETT are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, ROGER D. EATON, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., EST on May 19, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:

including the buildings, appurtenances, and fixtures located thereon.

(the “Subject Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
