BELLMANN-BIGLEY, FORMERLY HELGA P. BELLMANN, AS TRUSTEE OF THE HELGA P. BELLMANN TRUST DATED NOVEMBER 20, 1995; GARY DEGOURSE AS TRUSTEE OF THE GARY D.
