JESSICA SMALLWOOD, a single woman, CHARLOTTE COUNTY FLORIDA, a political subdivision of the state of Florida; and ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANTS WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; and UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION.

NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of mortgage foreclosure entered on March 21, 2017, in Civil Action 17-48-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, in which Plaintiff is CHARLOTTE COUNTY HABITAT FOR HUMANITY, and against all Defendants listed by name: JESSICA SMALLWOOD, a single person, and CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, a political subdivision of the state of Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11 A.M., on the 22 day of May, 2017, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of mortgage foreclosure in Charlotte County, Florida:
East 1/2 of Lot 20 and all of Lot 21, Block G, LA PUNTA PARK, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 4, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
Which currently has the address of 320 Boca Grande Blvd., Punta Gorda, FL 33950
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
