NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 11, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016CA004569AX, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. WILMINGTON TRUST, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT AS TRUSTEE OF ARLP SECURITIZATION TRUST SERIES 2015-1, is Plaintiff and NANCY L. PETERSON A/K/A NANCY LYNN PETERSON; UNKNOWN HEIRS OF ROY F. WILLIFORD A/K/A ROY FRANKLIN WILLIFORD; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROY F. WILLIFORD A/K/A ROY FRANKLIN WILLIFORD; MARY K. BENTLEY; BUDDY F. BENTLEY; CHRISTOPHER L. KINSEY; KINGSFIELD HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; CITIBANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CITIBANK (SOUTH DAKOTA), NA, are defendants. Angela M. Colonneso, Clerk of Circuit Court for MANATEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 26TH day of MAY, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, IN BLOCK M, OF KINGSFIELD, PHASE V, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, AT PAGE 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
