NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 24, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016CC004162 of the County Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein COVERED BRIDGE ESTATES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida non-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff, and GAYLA D. SMITH a/k/a GAYLA DAWN SMITH and BARBARA SMITH a/k/a BARBARA J. SMITH, are the Defendants. Angelina “Angel” Colonneso as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Bradenton, Florida 32406, at 11:00 A.M. on July 27, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, Covered Bridge Estates, Phase 2, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 36, Page(s) 41 through 48, inclusive, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Also known as 6223 Laurel Creek Trail, Ellenton, Florida 34222
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
THIS NOTICE SHALL BE PUBLISHED IN THE BUSINESS OBSERVER ONCE A WEEK FOR TWO CONSECUTIVE WEEKS, THE SECOND PUBLICATION BEING AT LEAST FIVE DAYS BEFORE THE SALE.
