NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 11, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016CA002078AX, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF NANCY M. ROWE; BARBARA A. ROSS; SUSAN M. HOLLIFIELD; LINDA MILES; RICHARD TAYLOR; JAMES TAYLOR; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Angela M. Colonneso, Clerk of Circuit Court for MANATEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 26TH day of MAY, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGINNING AT A POINT 243 FEET EAST AND 20 FEET SOUTH OF THE CENTER OF THE WEST LINE OF THE NE ¼ OF THE NW ¼ OF SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 34 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, THENCE SOUTH 75 FEET; THENCE EAST 67 FEET; THENCE NORTH 75 FEET; THENCE WEST 67 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, LYING AND BEING IN MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
