THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE (CWALT 2005-06CB), is Plaintiff and ANDREW J. SAULO A/K/A ANDREW SAULO; FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; STATE OF FLORIDA; CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURTS, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; JUSTICE ADMINISTRATIVE COMMISSION, FLORIDA; ROBERT E. BOURQUE; LYNDA L. BOURQUE; HENRY NEIDERT JR.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. Angelina M. Colonneso, Clerk of Circuit Court for MANATEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 26TH day of MAY, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, SUMMER FIELD ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 103 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
