Dunn A/K/A Jean West Dunn A/K/A Jean B. PARCEL 2: COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 4, BLOCK 1, LAKE BONNY HEIGHTS, UNIT NO.3, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGE 25 PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA; RUN THENCE EAST 100 FEET, THENCE NORTH 60 FEET, THENCE WEST 100 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 60 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; BEING A PART OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 24 EAST, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
