Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on April 18, 2017, in the Circuit Court of Polk County, Florida, Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Polk County, Florida described as:
LOT 34 OF COOPER ADDITION AS SHOWN BY MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, PLAT BOOK 56, PAGE 15.
and commonly known as: 813 EVERETT ST, LAKE ALFRED, FL 33850; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale at 10:00 A.M., on-line at www.polk.realforeclose.com on May 22, 2017 to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by Section 45.031 F.S.
