NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 28, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016CA-001194-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., S/B/M TO WELLS FARGO HOME MORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and ANGELA THERESA EGIC, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Stacey M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.polk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 30 day of May, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The West 105 feet of South 112 feet of the East 1/2 of East 1/2 Northwest 1/4 of Southeast 1/4 OF SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 27 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH A 1996 MOBILE HOME BEARING VINS N87623A/N87623B AFFIXED TO REAL PROPERTY.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
