NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 30, 2017, entered in Case No. 2016CA004207000000 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Branch Banking and Trust Company is the Plaintiff and Santiago Rodriguez; Unknown Spouse of Santiago Rodriguez; Highland Meadows Homeowners Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 16th day of May, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 56 OF HIGHLAND MEADOWS PHASE ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 136, PAGE(S) 19 AND 20, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
