From the Northeast corner of said Section 32 as a point of reference, thence South 00 degrees 02 minutes 15 seconds West along the East line of said Section 32, 1664.71 feet for a point of beginning, thence continue along said line South 00 degrees 02 minutes 15 seconds West 160.15 feet, thence leaving said line South 89 degrees 48 minutes 45 seconds West 335 feet to the West line of said Tract 16, thence North 00 degrees 02 minutes 15 seconds East along said line 160.15 feet, thence North 89 degrees 48 minutes 45 seconds East, 335 feet to Point of Beginning. Subject to an easement for public road right of way over the East 33 feet thereof.
