NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 21, 2009 in the above action, the Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Pasco, Florida, on May 17, 2017, at 11:00 AM, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
The Southeast 50.0 feet of the Northwesterly 93.0 feet of Lot 3, Block 10, Flor-a-Mar Section C-5, as per Map or Plat thereof as thereof as recorded in Plat Book 7, at Page 38, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
