Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment entered in the above noted case, that the Clerk of Court of Pasco County, Florida will sell the following property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
THE EAST HALF OF LOTS 1 AND 2, AND THE NORTH 10 FEET OF THE EAST HALF OF LOT 3, BLOCK 46, CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, STATE OF FLORIDA, AS THE SAME ARE NUMBERED AND SHOWN ON THE MAP OR PLAT OF THE TOWN OF ZEPHYRHILLS, AS SAME IS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 54, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
the Clerk shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for case, except as set forth hereinafter, on June 5, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes.
