U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-8XS, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-8XS, is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF VERA A. QUASHIE A/K/A VERA QUASHIE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VERA A. QUASHIE A/K/A VERA QUASHIE; UNKNOWN HEIRS OF LINDA J. WILLIAMS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LINDA J. WILLIAMS; WAYNE R. QUASHIE; JULIET M. JOHNSON; GEORGE ANDREW QUASHIE A/K/A GEORGE A. QUASHIE; EARL QUASHIE; SUZANNE QUASHIE A/K/A SUZANNE QUASHIE-GUIGNARD; NORRIS WILLIAMS, III; LYNETTE V. Rushing, Clerk of Circuit Court for SARASOTA, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 23RD day of MAY, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 2495 OF 50TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 7, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
