NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 8, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 008254 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and GEORGE V. MARYON, JR.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GEORGE V. MARYON, JR.; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A.; are defendants. KAREN E. RUSHING, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 7 day of June, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK 1238, 27TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE, A SUBDIVISION AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE(S) 11, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
