NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on April 11, 2017 in Civil Case No. 2015 CA 004341 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and THE ESTATE OF JOHN M. ANDERSON A/K/A JOHN MARTIN ANDERSON, DECEASED; RUSSELL A. MORGAN JR.; MARY ANN MORGAN; UNKNOWN CREDITORS OF THE ESTATE OF JOHN M. ANDERSON A/K/A JOHN MARTIN ANDERSON, DECEASED; UNKNOWN HEIRS DEVISEES BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF JOHN M. ANDERSON, DECEASED; JANET RARO; SANDRA ROSE; JOHN ANDERSON, JR.; SHARON SMITH; ELIZABETH ANDERSON; RUSSELL A. MORGAN; JR.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Karen E. Rushing will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on May 16, 2017 at 9:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 2450 AND 2451, SOUTH VENICE, UNIT NO. 8, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 38, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
