NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 11, 2017, entered in Case No. 2016 CA 003920 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein James B. Nutter & Company is the Plaintiff and Theresa M. Yacobelli a/k/a Theresa Yacobelli; Unknown Spouse of Theresa M. Yacobelli a/k/a Theresa Yacobelli; United States of America on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 16th day of May, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 7736 AND 7737, SOUTH VENICE UNIT NO. 28, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 77, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
