NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 12, 2017, entered in Case No. 36-2013-CA-053638 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and David Allen Osburn; The Unknown Spouse Of David Allen Orsburn; Del Prado Park Townhouses Condominium Association, Inc.; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, And Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(S) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants; Patricia P. Sample, As Successor Trustee Of The Darrell D. Sample Revocable Trust Under Trust Agreement Dated The 28th Day Of March, 1991; The Unknown Beneficiaries of the Darrell. D. Sample Revocable Trust Under Trust Agreement Dated the 28th Day of March, 1991 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 12th day of May, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
APARTMENT NO. D18 OF DEL PRADO PARK TOWNHOUSES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 581, PAGE 200 AND AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1055, PAGE 616; OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1087, PAGE 1155; OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1129, PAGE 199 AND OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1867, PAGE 1622, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS DESCRIBED IN SAID DECLARATION APPURTENANT THERETO.

TOGETHER, WITH ALL OF THE APPURTENANCES THERETO INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO AUTOMOBILE PARKING SPACE NO. 18, ALL ACCORDING TO SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.

TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
