Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on April 21, 2017, in the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, Linda Doggett, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida described as:
LOT 32, BLOCK 7025, TARPON POINT, A REPLAT OF A PORTION OF UNIT 77, CAPE CORAL, FLORIDA, AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 73, PAGES 70 THROUGH 79, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 6080 TARPON ESTATES BLVD, CAPE CORAL, FL 33914; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at: www.lee.realforeclose.com on May 22, 2017 at 9:00 a.m.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
