NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 24 day of April, 2017, in Civil Action No. 15-CA-002234 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which RIVER TERRACE II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation is the Plaintiff and DUANE L. WILLIAMS, if living and if dead, DISCOVER BANK, and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE NAMED DEFENDANTS, WHETHER LIVING OR NOT, AND WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMS AS HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR IN ANY OTHER CAPACITY, CLAIMING BY, THROUGH UNDER OR AGAINST THE NAMED DEFENDANTS are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00 a.m., on the 24 day of May, 2017, the following described real property set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
The Condominium Parcel known as Unit No. C-2, of RIVER TERRACE II CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in O.R. Book 1416, page 855, et seq., as amended in O.R. Book 1566, page 2142, O.R. Book 1632, page 519, and O.R. Book 2117, page 1371, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in and to the common elements as the same is established and identified in the Declaration of Condominium and Plans on file in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida. Parcel ID #35-47-25-B2-0220C.0020.
